Notice processing stays local
Selected notice images, recognized text, dates, amounts, tax years, and Guided Report content are processed and stored on your device. They are not sent to Cited Authorities LLC, customer support, an advertising platform, or a law firm.
Private backup is optional
If you choose backup, the app encrypts the delivered report before placing ciphertext in your private CloudKit database or Google Drive app-data folder. Cited Authorities LLC does not receive the report or its decryption key.
Purchases use minimal records
Purchase, delivery, refund, and revocation operations may send a random report ID, store proof, product ID, accepted policy versions, integrity proof, coarse delivery state, error code, and timestamps. Transaction references are protected before operational storage.
Support stays content-free
In-app support receives purchase status and an error code, not your notice or tax facts. Do not send a notice, tax return, Social Security number, taxpayer account number, transcript, payment information, or identity document.
No ads or tracking
The mobile apps contain no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Operational data is used for app functionality, delivery, refund handling, security, accounting, and legal obligations, not behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.
This site and its products are operated and sold by Cited Authorities LLC. Cited Authorities LLC is a software company. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal services, and no attorney-client relationship is created by any purchase or use of this site or its products.
Platform services
Apple, Google, the customer’s chosen credential provider, hosting providers, and support providers apply their own terms. Network and infrastructure providers necessarily process request-routing and security metadata while carrying a request. The final production logging and retention configuration remains a release gate. This notice does not claim that network metadata is never processed.
Retention and deletion
You can delete a delivered report and its matching private backup in the app. The minimum operational purchase ledger is retained only as long as needed for delivery, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations. A final retention schedule is required before release.
